After an order has been successfully paid and confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

It normally takes 2-3 business days to process your order. (Please note that holidays & weekends are not included). You will receive a message once your order has been shipped.

Shipping 

Shipment(s) takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to reach  their destination. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date.
