Shipping/Returns/Refund

All items are shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase. (Please note that holidays & weekends are not included). You will receive a confirmation message for your order followed by an email with a tracking number once your item(s) has been shipped.
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors by shipping courier. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date.
Please ensure all the informations including delivery address, contact details are accurate before placing an order. While we endeavor to deliver your item(s) within the stated time, we can not held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. We will not be held accountable for any loss or missing package(s) If the information(s) you provided to us are incorrect or your package(s) was signed for and/or marked as delivered.
All orders are processed and shipped using USPS/UPS from facilities located in New Jersey, Texas, and California depending on product availability.
Returns
 Please contact us via email at customercare@voixcouture.com before returning any merchandise to us. Customer have 5 days after delivery to contact us regarding a return. Item(s) should be in it's original packaging with the tags attached, please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping label. Item(s) returned damaged or not in their original purchase conditions with tags may not be eligible for a refund. We also will not held responsible for package that get lost during a return.Â
To initiate the return, please contact us at www.customercare@voixcouture.com for instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a similar protective packaging.
Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method and provide the tracking number to our team.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process you a full refund.

RefundÂ
We have a 14 day REFUND POLICY. Returns are not accepted after 14 days. All items should be intact and in its original condition. Our return department will inspect all merchandise upon arrival. Please allow us 2-3 days for your return to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the received return item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Â
If your refund is approved and accepted, we will contact you to provide further instructions.

Swimwear (Bikinis, Trunks, Monokini, Swimsuit, One Piece, Tankini) & Underwear (any item which was created/designed/manufactured to come into NAKED contact with or cover your "Privates" including panties, lingerie (bra & underwear), stockings/pantyhose, teddy/bodysuits/babydoll/jumpsuits etc cannot be returned.
