1. Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any orders by phone. All orders must be placed on our website.
2. How long does it take to process and receive my order?
- US domestic orders take 1-2 business days to be processed. Excludes weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed during the holiday seasons may include additional processing time.
- International orders may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered due to traveling time and Customsï»ż in your country.
3.Â ï»żCan I cancel or make changes to my purchase?
We are not able to cancel or make changes to your order once it's being process. Please, be sure of item selected before submitting your order.
4. How can I track my package?
We provide tracking numbers to all of our customers. Once we process your order, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number using USPS tracking. Simply copy and paste or click on the numbers to start tracking your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be updated through USPS.
