Official Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY — MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THIS GIVEAWAY HOWEVER, FOLLOWING US ON ALL THE SOCIALS MAY INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY: No purchase is necessary. To enter, participants must follow Voix Couture on Instagram, TikTok, and/or Facebook during the giveaway period.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of any one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age older at time of entry. THIS GIVEAWAY IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. DO NOT ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY UNLESS YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
The following persons are not eligible for the Giveaway:
- Employees of Voix Couture, Direct or indirect family member(s) of Voix Couture employees.
- Persons who were employees of Voix Couture at any time during the eight (8) months prior to the start of the Giveaway ("Former Employees").
- Immediate family, and persons living in the same household as the Employee or Former Employee.
- Other persons described in the entry instructions for this Giveaway.
- Void where prohibited by law.
PRIZE: Prize description and Prize retail value as described on the online entry form for this Giveaway. Prize is nontransferable, is not good for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. Winner will receive delivery of the prize as arranged by Voix Couture. Giveaway winner have 24 hours to reach out to us after the announcement on our social platforms to claim their prize.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Every eligible entry will be included in the drawing. Voix Couture will randomly draw names of the winners and back up names from all eligible entries on the date specified on the online entry form. Winner will be randomly selected and announced on Voix Couture’s official social media pages. If we are unable to reach a winner or a winner is unable to accept the prize within the time period specified on the online entry form rules, then that unclaimed prize will go to the first available back up thereof until the prize is awarded. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.
GENERAL: By participating in Giveaways, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules our agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the giveaway. Voix Couture may use winner’s name and likeness for advertising, promotional or publicity purposes without further compensation.
RESTRICTIONS: By participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the giveaway.
